Gregg Dechert former keyboard player for Uriah Heep, Bad Company, David Gilmour told me stuff about Randy Rhoads in September 2005. Dechert had the opportunity to meet Randy & Ozzy in England 1980. He recalls that Bob Daisley brought him at a hotel bar where Ozzy and Randy was shooting some pool. He recalls that the first instance he seen Randy he could not believe how tiny he was, it is something he always remembered. He also claimed to be invited at the first Blizzard of Ozz show in a club of some sort. He also added that it was ultra loud certainly the guitar at this show.
This was all verified when I messaged Bob Daisley in 2005.

I had the privilege of playing with Gregg Dechert on and off for several years between 2000 and 2005. He is a "musician's musician" who brings such a wealth of musical experience. Gregg played keyboards on a CD that our band released in Ontario; it's called Hard Road. Check out www.betweenstationsband.ca
I now live in Nova Scotia and, as such, my ties with the former band members have changed. I still have contact, but obviously we no longer play together.
